| List of Ingredients 4 egg Egg, Large Wegmans 1 cup Wheat, Bran Organic Coarse 6 tbs Wheat Germ 1/2 cup Wheat Gluten, Vital 3 Scoop Whey Protein Vanila Flavor 1 tsp Baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate 1 cup Cream, Heavy Whipping Cream Weis 1/4 tsp Salt, table 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, Omega Instructions for Preparation All bran muffins are made without any flour so they are low in carbohydrate. You can use them as you would anymuffin or as a replacement for bread. A great complement to any meal. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Mix bran, wheat germ, whey protein, cream , eggs, and coconut oil togethere and set aside. In another bowl mix together gluten, baking powder, and salt, set aside. Line 12 muffin pans with paper or grease with coconut oil. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughtly with a spoon . Fill muffin cups evenly with the mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Note: Foil baking cups work best. Remove foil as soon as they come out of the oven. NET CARBS: 3.9 & 1 tsp. Coconut Oil per muffin. |
