| List of Ingredients 4 Ext. Large Egg, Whole Fresh Ext. Large 3/4 cup Wheat bran, crude 1/2 cup Wheat Gluten, Vital 1 tsp Baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate 1/2 lb Pork sausage, fresh, cooked 1/4 tsp Salt, table 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, Omega 3/4 cup Water 6 oz Cheese, Mozzarella Whole Milk, A&P/Weiss 1/2 cup Onions, raw 3/4 cup Tomato Products, canned sauce, no salt (Weis_ 1 tsp Spices, oregano, ground Instructions for Preparation Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Mix bran, water , eggs, oregano tomato sauce, and 1/2 cup of grated cheese togetherin a bowl and set aside. In another bowl mix together gluten, baking powder, and salt, set aside. Thoroughly cook meat, onion and bell pepper(optional) in fry pan, remove from heat, and let cool. Using coconut oil generously coat the inside of 12 muffin cups. add the meat mixture along with meat drippings to the bran and egge mixture and stir together. Now add the gluten mixture and mix thoroughly with a spoon.l. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughtly with a spoon . Fill muffin cups evenly with the mixture. Sprinkle with reamining cheese on top. Bake for 15 minutes. NOTE: Foil baking cups work best. NET CARBS: 4.6, maybe more if your sausage has extra carbs. |
